Corporate Director of Facilities and Construction

Responsibilities: 

Michael Stoner is responsible for the overall oversight of the buildings and grounds for the six senior living communities and the Heusner Office Center. Mr. Stoner assists in capitol budgeting, preventative maintenance programs and facilities purchasing. He is also responsible to insure that the senior living communities are compliant with all Life Safety regulations and have current and effect disaster plans. Mr. Stoner is an active participant in the organization’s safety program. New construction and remodeling projects are another focus of Mr. Stoner’s role. He works with the vice president of Senior Living and the executive directors by assisting in design and coordinating construction services.
