Controller
Kristi is responsible for the accounting, accounts payable and payroll functions for the agency. She also serves as the agency treasurer and is responsible for updating the Finance Standards of Operations Manual to reflect current practices. She was instrumental in implementing PointClickCare; re-mapping the general ledger, thereby, standardizing the chart of accounts; creating new financial reports; implementing accounting procedures designed for analyzing Senior Living operations; and transforming the budget process from a paper-based system to one utilizing linked Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
