As a member of the LSS senior executive team, Ms. Dohrman not only provides operational direction and oversight to the six senior living communities, she also contributes to the development and implementation of the LSS strategic plan. Assigned the task of insuring that the senior living goals and programs align with the strategic imperatives of the organization, Ms. Dohrman leads the senior living team of executive directors, and corporate directors of marketing, clinical services, and planning /construction in the implementation of quality, resident-centered programs and services. Resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance and organizational performance excellence are key drivers of the senior living team’s success; and to that end, Ms. Dohrman’s role also includes the establishment of best practices, key performance measures, and outcomes for her division. Ms. Dohrman is also responsible for contract negotiations and the procurement of contracted services including pharmacy, rehabilitation, and dining services.
