of South Central Pennsylvania If you're exploring retirement living options, seeking home health services or researching social services in your community, we may be able to help. Through our diverse programs, we provide residential, nursing and rehabilitation services, home care and hospice and a range of community outreach services. In our continuing care retirement communities, you may enjoy maintenance free, retirement living options, including residential living, assisted living/personal care, skilled care and rehabilitation care. In your hometown, you may find assistance with daily tasks, transportation, supportive listening, counseling, case management, referral services, child care, deaf services, intervention for domestic abusers and caring companionship for the lonely. In your home, you may choose home care, home health telemonitoring, hospice, and home support services provided in familiar surroundings where you prefer to be. Our service area includes York, Adams, Franklin, Fulton counties and the Shippensburg area in Pennsylvania. In addition, we provide home care services in Carroll, Washington and Frederick counties in northern Maryland.
