The York County Circles® Initiative enables participants to gain knowledge and skills, develop relationships and make process toward greater financial stability by partnering volunteers and community leaders with low-income individuals and families. LSS provides leadership for the guiding coalition and case management support. The partnership provides friendship, networking and skills essential to building financial resources and to empower people from all economic classes to work together to identify systemic barriers that keep people from getting ahead.
