Kenny Watts, BA, BS, program director:

Kenny serves as program director of the Social & Specialty Services service line of Lutheran Social Services (LSS) Community Outreach Services.  In his position Kenny is responsible for managing the agency’s Case Management, Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) programs.

He has a strong background in human services, including direct-service experience as an investigative caseworker for York County’s Office of Children, Youth and Families, as well as a child and adolescent service systems coordinator within the York County Human Services Department. He spent nearly four years directing program development for the County's HealthChoices program.

Kenny earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Bible & Ministry from Lancaster Bible College in Pennsylvania. 

Lynnette Witt, case manager/interpreter:

Lynnette has been employed by the Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing since April 2009.  Her main responsibilities include interpreting and advocating for clients and some administrative duties.

She is currently enrolled in Harrisburg Area Community College, with aspirations to become a certified interpreter.  Prior to joining CDHH, Lynnette worked as a customer service supervisor at Delta Dental. 

Amy Rominski, case manager/ASL instructor:

Amy has been working with the Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing for more than five years, first as a volunteer and now as an employee.  In addition to instructing four levels of American Sign Language classes, she also serves as an interpreter. 

She is a member of the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf and attended the interpreter preparation program at the Community College of Baltimore County.  Amy currently attends Millersville University, where she is pursuing a Master of Social Work degree.
