Joe Studivant, BS, director:


Joe is responsible for managing the H.E.L.P. (Health, Education and Life Enrichment Programs) Center which includes the daily operation of the ADVANCE Domestic Violence Intervention Program, Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Senior Companion and multi-site case management services.


Joe graduated from Guilford College in Greensboro, South Carolina, with a Bachelor of Science in political science. He is a certified Family Group Decision Making coordinator/facilitator and a certified Bridges Out of Poverty trainer. Joe is affiliated with Sertoma Club of York, York County Human Trafficking Taskforce, York County Communities that Care Resource Team, Adams County Truancy Work Group and York County Circles Initiative Guiding Coalition.


Meg Neiderer, BA, MS, case manager:


Meg Neiderer has served as a case manager for the Adams County and Hanover Area Case Management Program since January 2001. A graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a Master of Science in counseling, she has worked in human services and adult education for more than 25 years.


In her effort to empower individuals in the community and help them to optimize their potential, she said she feels fortunate to work for an organization whose foundation was built firmly on Christian compassion, service and fostering personal responsibility.


Cathy Bowen, BA, case manager:


Cathy Bowen serves as case manager for Franklin and Fulton Counties.  She has more than 20 years experience in workforce services through the Job Training Partnership Act and the Workforce Investment Act.


Coaching individuals, couples and families through urgent crises and toward personal goals, she applies her experience and knowledge of local resources in caring ways and to better the lives of others.
