Case Management services* include:
- Referrals – Experienced staff assesses each client’s situation and, as appropriate, links them with community resources. Staff also helps clients better understand the paperwork and processes associated with obtaining assistance and make referrals to other agencies when needed.
- Emergency Assistance – Assistance can take many forms and may include advocacy, financial planning, listening or direct assistance. Staff also offers encouragement, prayer and support in a caring manner.
- Life Coaching – Through supportive listening and creative problem solving, Case Management staff work with clients to break down problems into manageable pieces and explore options to help them reach decisions that are in their best interest.
*Spanish and American Sign Language speaking Case Managers are available at specific times and upon request.
