Case Management services are offered in Adams, Franklin, Fulton and York counties. Spanish and American Sign Language speaking Case Managers are available at specific times and upon request.  For assistance or to schedule an appointment, call 717.852.HELP (4357). Your call will be answered by one of our trained staff who will assess your situation, offer guidance and support and refer you to the appropriate resource, either an LSS program or another trusted resource in the community.
