What we do:
Sometimes life is tough. There are times when even the basics, such as food, shelter or a job seem difficult to manage. Life can seem overwhelming. Solving one problem leads to another. Knowing where and how to turn for help may be difficult and confusing. Case Management staff work with individuals, couples and families to overcome life’s challenges.
How we do it:
Case Management counselors meet confidentially with clients in locations throughout South Central Pennsylvania that are convenient for the client. Locations may include churches, client’s homes, schools and other mutually agreed upon locations.
Case Management charges no fees for its services. Spanish and American Sign Language speaking Case Managers are available at specific times and upon request. To achieve a successful result clients are expected to communicate honestly, openly and fully. In addition, they must be willing to commit to making positive changes to improve their situation.
