Case Management
Case Management offers hope…When you need it most
Inadequate financial resources frequently cause individuals and families to feel
despair and distress. They are unable to break what seems to be an unending and
hopeless struggle. Case Management provides support by guiding people in directions
that give them courage and enable them to regain initiative in their lives. We
listen and guide.
HOW CASE MANAGEMENT WORKS
- Supportive Listening
LSS's Case Management professional listens to you and pays careful attention
to your needs and situation. Often supportive listening helps uncover forgotten
strengths and personal resources. We are there for you, ready to understand the
problem and help you move forward toward a solution.
- Creative Problem Solving
Most problems do not arise overnight and they cannot be expected to go away quickly,
either. We will work with you for as long as you need. We can help break down
problems into manageable pieces. Case Management does not tell you what to do.
Rather, we explore options with you, identify consequences, and help you reach
decisions, choices, and actions that are best for you.
- Referrals
Our experience enables us to link you with community services and resources and
make appropriate referrals to other agencies when needed. Our compassionate and
attentive Case Management professionals will help you understand the paperwork
and processes and will assist you in obtaining additional services you may need.
- Assistance
Assistance can take many forms, including advocacy, financial planning, listening
and direct assistance. We can also offer you encouragement, prayer and support
in a caring manner.
- No Fees
Case Management charges no fees and will offer assistance, regardless of your
situation.
