Welcome to The Village at Sprenkle Drive
The Village at Sprenkle Drive evokes a warm, welcome feeling of family and being
at home. Village residents care about one another and enjoy one another’s company.
Our Village is ideally located in a country setting situated just north of historic
downtown York. In and around York, you'll discover a favorite golf course, the
York Symphony, the Strand Capitol Performing Arts Center and adult education programs
at two colleges.

The comfortable feeling shared by residents and staff is what makes the Village

Cottages
Cottages are comfortable and spacious with an open floor plan. Many have two
full baths, two bedrooms and one or two car attached garages. Kitchens are equipped
with all major appliances.
Apartments
Surround yourself in a feeling of security while enjoying the intimate neighborhood
of our apartments. A variety of floor plans are available for your review. Each
apartment features a full kitchen and private laundry facilities.

The monthly service fee for each cottage or apartment includes:

SKILLED CARE CENTER
The Lutheran Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on our Village at Sprenkle Drive
campus is a 104 bed center which accommodates the needs of those who require skilled
care.
Whether for a short stay or an extended period of time, the Lutheran Nursing
and Rehabilitation Center strives to provide a homelike family atmosphere for
all residents. Here at our center, residents have the comfort of semiprivate accommodations
equipped with lavatory, electronic, adjustable beds, and electronic call system
for nurse communication. You will find round-the-clock care. Physical, Occupational,
and Speech therapies are available to provide rehabilitation services for all
those in need. Our center houses four nursing care wings with a centralized and
easily accessible nursing station, numerous lounges, dining room, large activities
area and spacious therapy clinic. Our interdisciplinary team is dedicated to providing
quality care despite the level of need.
The Lutheran Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is licensed by the Pennsylvania
Department of Health and is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
