 RESIDENTIAL LIVING
Active adults are looking for modern and comfortable residential living without
having to worry about the continual maintenance and upkeep related to their home.
Luther Ridge offers a number of quality living options in a campus community setting,
which is planned for efficiency and privacy. The grounds are attractively landscaped,
and space is open for flower and vegetable gardens. Parking is convenient to your
home entrance and ample storage is provided. Well-lighted streets and walkways
connect the community, which has patrolled security. Residents enjoy carefree
living with the reassurance of security and peace of mind.
Home care and hospice options are also available on campus, and admission to
the Inn at Luther Ridge or any skilled care center operated by Lutheran Social
Services of South Central Pennsylvania is available as openings allow.

FLECK CENTER (Community Center for Residential Living)
 Conveniently located at the center of the community, the Fleck Center provides
a beautifully appointed space for many activities. It is within walking distance
of individual living units and the community gardens.
The Fleck Center is the hub of the residential living community at Luther Ridge.
Residents enjoy the center’s options and services including seasonal outside patio
dining, inside café dining, a meeting space with fireplace, fitness room, activities
room, and library with computer and internet access. If you’re interested in
finding a new book to read, using the exercise equipment, dining with friends,
having a sandwich on the run, or networking from a computer, the Fleck Center
offers space for meeting and greeting others as well as engaging in individual
activities.

LUTHER RIDGE MANOR
In partnership with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Lutheran
Social Services of South Central Pennsylvania provides federally subsidized housing
for elderly and handicapped/disabled persons on our Luther Ridge campus. Luther
Ridge Manor, a 28-unit apartment complex operated by Chambersburg Housing, Inc.,
serves age and income qualified residents.
