The Village at Kelly Drive is conveniently located, with easy access to public
transportation, shopping, services and cultural opportunities. With its mature
trees and traditional brick architecture, the Village seems to echo York's rich
history. The continuing care retirement community (CCRC) provides Residential
Living and Assisted Living true to its heritage of compassionate care, while offering
innovative recreational opportunities.

Cottages
Attractive brick one story cottages are arranged in a variety of configurations
designed to suit a wide range of lifestyles and budgets. Surrounded by lovely
landscaping and well-lit walkways, each cottage has a private entrance with a
back door opening onto a private patio.

The monthly service fee for each cottage or apartment includes:

Apartments
A handsome three story building is the setting for apartment residents who enjoy
an independent lifestyle with access to the Dining, Recreational and Wellness
Facilities.
Apartments are available in 2-Room and 3-Room configurations with a kitchenette
and full bathroom with walk-in shower, for safety.
A nurse call bell links every apartment to a 24-hour emergency nursing response
system.

Catered Living
The village offers a unique retirement lifestyle with Catered Living. Catered
Living is a very affordable way for you to enjoy retirement living to the fullest.
This level of care meets the needs of persons for whom independent living has
become difficult, but who do not need nursing or assisted living. Catered Living
Accommodations feature weekly linens laundry service and the security of an emergency
call system. Enjoy three meals per day and plenty of social activities.
Your room rate also includes weekly housekeeping services, stock personal hygiene
supplies, basic cable TV service, annual nursing visits and scheduled round trip
transportation for physician appointments.

 ASSISTED LIVING
Kelly Manor offers Assisted Living accommodations licensed by the Pennsylvania
Department of Welfare. Our dedicated nursing staff will assist you with activities
of daily living, such as bathing, dressing and taking medication. In addition
to the security of supervised care, meals and a wide variety of social and recreational
opportunities are offered and encouraged.
Laundry rooms, lounges, and kitchenettes are conveniently located throughout
the facility, as well as a wellness room with exercise equipment. Affordable options
are available for both private and semiprivate rooms. Assisted Living also includes
blankets, bed linens and towels; weekly laundry service for linens; scheduled
round trip transportation for physician appointments; three meals per day; prescription
stock medications ordered by a physician; personal hygiene supplies; one visit
per month for on-campus hair care services; basic cable TV service and a variety
of other programs and activities.
